Herefter ankommer vi til parken, hvor vi vil vandre i omkring 2 timer langs den fugtige skov i Los Haitises National Park. Du vil l\u00e6re om omr\u00e5dets l\u00e6geplanter, se de prim\u00e6re og sekund\u00e6re bjerge i Los Haitises National Park og samtidig n\u00e5 frem til kilden i Jivales-floden, hvorfra vandet i de naturlige pools i Eco-lodge Ca\u00f1o Hondo kommer. Derefter tager vi det n\u00f8dvendige sikkerhedsudstyr (redningsveste osv.), kajakker, og g\u00e5r gennem mangrovesumpe. Du vil se nogle fuglefyldte mangrover, b\u00f8lgende bakker med frodig vegetation.
